1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the operator of the yeswin platform ("yeswin", "we", or "the company"). By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the yeswin platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

This acceptance takes effect from the date you first access the platform, register an account, or make any transaction on yeswin. These Terms supplement and do not replace any product-specific policies relating to sports betting, casino games, or bingo — those policies are to be read together with these general Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any product-specific policy, the more specific product policy shall take precedence for matters relating to that product only.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the yeswin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration or use of the platform.
• Be located in a geographic jurisdiction that permits participation in online gambling activities.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list from any recognized gambling platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Act on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• Never been convicted of financial fraud or money laundering.

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on yeswin. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same name, phone number, email, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of fund balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on a valid national ID or passport.
• Exact date of birth for age eligibility verification.
• An active email address that you own and can access.
• A mobile number registered in your name in Malaysia.
• Identity verification method (KYC) when requested by yeswin.

The identity verification (KYC) process is conducted securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. Uploaded documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties without your consent. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 business hours.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. yeswin will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Payments

Yeswin accepts deposits via a variety of supported payment methods for the convenience of Malaysia members, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, debit or credit cards, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT and BTC. The minimum deposit is as low as RM 10 for most payment methods.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. yeswin does not accept deposits from third parties, anonymous prepaid cards, or unidentifiable sources. Funds deposited via unrecognised methods will be returned and the account in question will be subject to review.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 and will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonuses must meet the wagering (rollover) requirements before funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the original deposit method require additional verification.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 within a 24-hour period require additional verification by our security team.

Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 4 hours. In cases requiring manual review, this may extend up to 24 business hours. We always strive to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, as we understand that fast access to winnings matters to our members.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is only available once per new member who has completed KYC verification.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• Yeswin reserves the right to forfeit any bonus obtained through dishonest means or promotion abuse.

• Wagering strategies deemed as bonus abuse may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

7 Betting Rules

All bets on yeswin are subject to the game rules set for each product. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except through the Cash Out feature available on selected matches.

• Odds displayed are accurate at the time the bet is placed. In the event of an obvious technical error, yeswin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account.
• Bets placed after an event or round has concluded will be automatically voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by event type and market — current limits are displayed on the betting interface.
• In the event of a draw or official event cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant market rules.
• Official results recognised by the event organiser are final for the purpose of bet settlement at yeswin.

8 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yeswin platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other methods to manipulate the wagering system.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage — any bugs must be reported to us immediately.
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes (match-fixing, chip dumping).
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal activities.
• Granting account access to third parties or sharing your login credentials.
• Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

9 Account Closure

You may close your yeswin account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all active bets have been settled and any eligible fund balance has been withdrawn.

Yeswin reserves the right to close or suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• False or incomplete information submitted during registration or KYC verification.
• Activities suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Requests from competent authorities or court orders.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months — you will be notified in advance via email.

In cases of closure due to a violation, yeswin reserves the right to hold the fund balance until the investigation is complete. If no violation is confirmed, the valid fund balance will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Limitation of Liability

Yeswin provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, errors, or delays. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, technical disruptions may occur from time to time.

• Yeswin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Yeswin's maximum liability to any member in any situation is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim.
• Yeswin is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection failures, device disruptions, or factors beyond our control.
